Ms Tan Hwee Koon

Ms. Hwee Koon TAN is a research specialist at the Translational Research Division of the National Council of Social Services (NCSS), where she researches quality of life across different population segments, identifying emerging needs and trends. Her research interests are in early years development and children’s quality of life, including understanding the well-being of children with developmental delays and disabilities. Currently on secondment to NCSS from the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), Hwee Koon previously was in MDDI’s Research and Data Division where her area of work was in analysing economic trends and industry sentiments.
