Ms Bettina Yeap

Ms. Bettina Yeap is Principal Counsellor and the founder of INSIGHT, the youth mental health team at Care Corner Singapore Ltd. Holding a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology and an M.A. in Counselling, Bettina is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Her work includes mental wellbeing outreach, clinical counselling for individuals, families, and couples, as well as supervision and group therapy. She also trains others in counselling skills and leads talks and workshops on family life and mental health. Bettina has contributed to workgroups for Beyond the Label, the Implementation Committee for the Tiered Care Model (Adult), and the Working Committee for the Tiered Care Model (Youth). She is currently co-leading a digital mental health workgroup under MOHT.
