Mr Sherman Ho

Sherman is the co-founder of Happiness Initiative, where his work focuses
on making well-being accessible to everyone through interactive programmes,
community initiatives like Well-Being Circles, a large-scale research-based
community well-being programme that has impacted hundreds of individuals.
He also leads business and product development—bringing to life innovative
tools such as Let’s Unpack This and the Well-Being Journal.
He was named one of Tatler Gen.T’s Leaders of Tomorrow in 2024, recognised
as one of over 200 young changemakers driving positive impact in Asia. He
is also an alumnus of the ASEAN Youth Fellow and the Young Southeast Asian
Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Programme.
Prior to founding Happiness Initiative in 2017, Sherman began his career
as a commodities trader covering Africa, which broadened his perspective
and fuelled his quest to understand happiness from an evidence-based standpoint.
Sherman is also an avid hiker, challenging himself to climb a mountain
at least once a month.
