Ms Liz Ashall Payne

Ms Liz Ashall-Payne is a leading figure in digital health, renowned for
her contributions across policy, industry, academia, and innovation. With
a clinical background in the NHS, she has dedicated her career to leveraging
digital technology to enhance health outcomes and system efficiency globally.
Liz serves as a Board Member at Tech UK and Vice-Chair of its Health and
Social Care Council, influencing national digital health policy.
She supports the next generation of healthcare innovators as an NHS England
NIA Alumni Fellow and Coach for the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme.
Liz also contributes to academia as an Honorary Lecturer at the University
of Central Lancashire and an Honorary Research Fellow at the University
