Ms Lee Wei Xuan

Wei Xuan is the Assistant Manager of Mobile Support Team at the Singapore Association for Mental Health, mainly supporting the COMIT team. Prior to this, she was with Dementia Singapore for four years and Ministry of Social and Family Development (Adult Protective Service) where she worked closely with vulnerable adults with protection concerns and persons living with dementia and their caregivers to provide the support needed. Wei Xuan is a registered social worker and graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Science with Honors in Social Work.
