Mr Joseph Kalaivanar

Joseph is the co-founder and CEO of Kaleidoscope Labs, an organisation driving innovation in mental health and workplace well-being. In 2023, Kaleidoscope was appointed by the Tripartite Alliance to manage the Well-being Champions Network (WCN), Singapore’s largest workplace well-being network. In under a year, the WCN has grown to 450 Champions from 700 organisations, representing 230,000 employees, in close partnership with the Workplace Safety and Health Council. Joseph also contributes to national mental health efforts as a trained Peer Supporter and Well-being Circles facilitator. Beyond his professional work, he brings powerful conversations to the stage as a playwright and actor, using theatre to explore mental health, identity, and peer support. In recognition of his contributions to mental health in Singapore, he was honoured with an award by President Tharman Shanmugaratnam in 2024.
