Ms Jamie Soo

Jamie Soo is the Lead Social Worker at Montfort Care, with 24 years of experience in social services. She has worked extensively with individuals facing mental health challenges, particularly the elderly, as well as families and children, shelter residents, ex-offenders, and those with disabilities. Jamie is dedicated to a person-centred care approach, focusing on the unique needs of each individual. Her work has made a significant impact, especially for those with mental health issues, by offering tailored support that helps clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Through her compassionate approach, Jamie helps individuals build confidence, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being.
