Ms Esther Seak
Ms Esther currently leads the implementation and programme administration of mental health in primary care-related projects, including the mental health and dementia services at polyclinics, and the Mental Health GP Partnership programme. She has experience in the clinical, policy and health administration domains, and is passionate about advancing community mental health.
