Ms Cat Pham

Cat Pham is a psychology student and research assistant at RMIT University Vietnam, as well as a mental health advocate committed to reimagining public mental health through inclusive, community-driven innovation. She serves on the Vietnamese Youth Advisory Council for the Youth Promotion of Resilience Involving Mental e-Health (Y-PRIME) study, where she contributes to the co-design of a wellbeing app for high school students. Alongside her work in youth mental health, Cat is passionate about improving access to care for older adults in Vietnam. Her current interests focus on how digital tools and intergenerational dialogue can bridge mental health gaps across the lifespan. She is particularly drawn to culturally responsive approaches that promote connection between age groups and support sustainable models of care.
