Mrs Anita Low Lim

Mrs Anita Low-Lim is Chief Transformation Officer at the TOUCH Community Services. She has more than 20 years of experience in programme design, evaluation and research to build a future-ready social service sector. Her interest lies in developing effective and cutting-edge programmes through the platforms of service learning, mental health and cyber wellness to strengthen families. She was credited with the set-up of TOUCH’s Impact & Research Department in 2017, which has enabled the organisation to articulate and measure the outcome and impact of its programmes to lend greater credence to its work. She is a member of the Media Literacy Council and supports TOUCH’s leadership in implementing Beyond the Label.
